Growing up in Arizona, Cindi has watched our state grow and develop into one of the best holistic and integrative healing communities in the country. She is happy to bring her unique experience in healthcare to her patients. Cindi worked in western medicine for 26 years, starting out as a CNA doing private duty, then opening an Adult Care Home and eventually going into chronic & acute hemodialysis. After graduating in Nebraska from Bellevue University with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Cindi was introduced to Healing Touch & Acupuncture. She started receiving weekly treatments for back pain and was amazed at how effective the treatments were. This sparked her interest in learning more about integrative & holistic health.
Beginning Acupuncture school in Denver, CO at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she then transferred to the Arizona School of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in Tucson and graduated with a Master's Degree in Acupuncture with additional certification in Cosmetic Acupuncture and Tui-Na. She is nationally registered as a Diplomate of Acupuncture through NCCAOM, (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
Cindi has learned that the body has a natural desire to function in a healthy state & a natural ability to heal itself given the right environment. By treating the body physically, emotionally, spiritually & energetically, the body can then thrive and achieve a state of complete health.

Brianna Poppe was born in Tucson, AZ. At the age of 5 years old she knew she had a strong interest in beauty. She always found herself gravitating towards outlets that would give her glimpses into the beauty industry, she would collect magazines to see new hair and makeup trends, then practiced those looks on friends and family members. Her passion grew as she noticed it felt so natural, she quickly knew it was her calling.
In her mid twenties she became a mother of 2 beautiful children. They moved to Mesa, AZ in 2013 for Brianna to start at Avalon Beauty School. She completed the Beauty Program along with other certifications such as I-Tip Shrinks, Cold Fusion, Hot Fusion, and Skin Weft Hair Extention Applications, as well as Mac Makeup Applications. She joined a Hair Cutter Crew for foster kids and competed in the Phoenix 10th Annual Fantasy Hair Show in 2014. She received her Cosmetology License in January 2014 followed by her 3rd addition to her family, a baby girl.
Recently Brianna has moved to Surprise to further her Beauty passion. She enjoys being outdoors, exploring nature, camping, traveling, fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Kristina is a Reiki Master-Teacher, Life Coach, Intuitive Guide, and Polarity Practitioner. She received her Healing Arts Practitioner degree at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. Kristina began her healing path three years ago with the birth of her son. Through becoming a parent she has found an unconditional love that has inspired her deeply and awakened her to her own healing journey. Since her awakening she has discovered and learned the tools necessary for navigating through her spiritual journey which layed the groundwork to help and guide others on their own journey of healing. Through energy work, life coaching, and intuitive guidance, she helps clients find their own inner light through self-awareness, self-love and gentle yet powerful, life changing techniques. One on one sessions are customized to the individual’s personal/spiritual needs, to help aid in deeper understanding and the body’s own ability to transcend and heal.

Lauri Sippel is an NCCAOM and USMAA certified Medical Qigong Instructor. She holds a 500-hour certification in Qigong from Zen Wellness, where she studied for 7 years. Her teachers have included Grandmaster Michael J. Leone, Master Sara Anderson, and Master Colleen Inman. Lauri is also a licensed occupational therapist with a background in orthopedic rehabilitation, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Teacher.
