Cynthia Poppe L.Ac.
Diplomate of Acupuncture
CHTP  CMLDT

Growing up in Arizona, Cindi has watched our state grow and develop into one of the best holistic and integrative healing communities in the country. She is happy to bring her unique experience in healthcare to her patients.  Cindi worked in western medicine for 26 years, starting out as a CNA doing private duty, then opening an Adult Care Home and eventually going into chronic & acute hemodialysis. After graduating in Nebraska from Bellevue University with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Cindi was introduced to Healing Touch & Acupuncture.  She started receiving weekly treatments for back pain  and was amazed at how effective the treatments were.  This sparked her interest in learning more about integrative & holistic health.

Beginning Acupuncture school in Denver, CO at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she then transferred to the Arizona School of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in Tucson and graduated with a Master's Degree in Acupuncture with additional certification in Cosmetic Acupuncture and Tui-Na. She is nationally registered as a Diplomate of Acupuncture through NCCAOM, (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She also is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist.

Cindi has learned that the body has a natural desire to function in a healthy state & a natural ability to heal itself given the right environment.  By treating the body physically, emotionally, spiritually & energetically, the body can then thrive and achieve a state of complete health.

Naomi Brand
Thermographic Technician
MIThermography@gmail.com

Naomi has been interested in health and wellness screening for over 30 years. She has been using HTMA to monitor her supplement requirements and over the last 8 years has been using Thermography as her main screening method for breast health. Naomi has a B.A. from the University of Iowa from the School of Journalism and Communication. Ever since Naomi was told at her very first mammography appointment that they could not read her images and they wanted her to do another mammogram she has had the desire to find a screening method that fit her lifestyle yet was effective and cost efficient. It made no sense to her as to why would they do another mammogram if they can’t read it. When asking what other options are out there, they told her ultrasound but ONLY if she did another mammogram. She then had a 6-week fight with the clinic to allow her to do an ultrasound without the additional mammogram and finally they said okay. She found out she had fibrocystic breast tissue which made reading her mammogram difficult to say the least. She decided then, there had to be a better way to screen breasts, that is when she discovered Thermography! It’s radiation-free, no contact and a possible 8-10 year early detection of physiological indicators of breast cancer. She was ready for this safe, adjunctive screening method. As Naomi went through training and learned there were even more potential uses for medical Thermology she decided it was time to share this knowledge and service with others. Visit our page on Thermography to learn more.
